"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info.
The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. Lakeview is nice but window is dirty...
