J'ai dû finir par les gronder pour avoir une chambre moitier prix de ce que j'ai payer en ligne. Tout cela dans un hôtel où les travaux ne sont pas terminés. Je pense les attaquer. Du coup j'en veux à l'établissement et j'en veux à expédia. J'aimerai être recontacter pour que ce problème soit résolu. "

Le personnel était formidable.
L'intermédiaire de Hotel.com n'est pas très professionnel ,il nous ont fait une réservation non conforme et ne répondais pas à nos préoccupations.

"We stayed in Kirbi for 2 nights and 3 days. It was our first time in the city and we are so glad we chose Résidence Hotelière Mezza Vista!! The property was stunning, clean and was in a close distance to a lot of activities we wanted to do. There was a pool, a bar and and a television. We have to truly thank the owner Pierre who took the time to show us around the city and was so accommodating during our entire stay."
