"A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. The was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm when we were there even with windows open. Breakfast buffet was good. "

"Smelly, cheap looking, terrible restaurant and not at all castle-like. Expect more a cheap amusement park for the kids. Real nice animals though, and good service.
But seriøst… for the price - not at all worth it!"

"Overall, I'm pretty satisfied - the room was spacious and clean although the pillow was way to soft for my liking. The a la carte menu as well as breakfast buffet was fine.
However, it's a major minus that the hotel gym didn't open until 9am - I believe it said 8am on the door, but that's a mistake, I guess. When checking at the reception if I could use it earlier, I was informed that it wasn't possible due to cleaning. Nobody cleans a hotel gym at 6am..."
