"This was a conveniently located medium-budget hotel, a short distance from the beautiful centre of Gengenbach. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I enjoyed my stay there. The room decor could do with a refresh and the shower was a bit leaky, but apart from that, it fulfilled its purpose really well. "I was so happy and surprised to find a place with so many amenities, within a 10 minute walk to petite France, for such a low price at the height of summer travel season. It has central AC! And it works so well I actually got cold!! The little kitchen has two burners, sink, small fridge, and even a tiny dishwasher. Beds were comfortable. My primary complaint is that there were no outlets or USB/C outlets next to the bed. There could also be a couple updates made, particularly in the bathroom....
