Every evening he welcomed us with a smile, took the time to chat with us and showed a real interest in our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel valued as guests.Thanks to Alexander, our evenings in the bar became one of the highlights of our stay. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He is a real credit to the hotel. "Fantastic hotel. Staff really friendly. My room was fantastic, really spacious and included access to the business lounge which is a great addition. Breakfast is really nice and value. Only thing that let side was the restaurant was closed on the Monday night so i had to go out for food. Note that the restaurant is not part of the hotel so not the hotels fault. Overall a great stay. I have stayed here 6 times and have never been let down."
