"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Smooth check in service, staff friendly , food was good. Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed
For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep

"It was OK. Just the first room they gave us was so old and smelly, like smokers lives on inside. They gave us same room on floor deeper, but renovated.
There was a parfum in the air condition, bad for people with allergy, caused headache. And the worst for me was that the spa closed at 8pm. On Friday and Saturday. So what to do after dinner? Restaurant was great, nice food and people. The spa is also very giid"

Gut aber: Wellness aber mit sehr eingeschränkten Zeiten im Aussenbereich mit 9-19 Uhr
Weniger gut: riecht im Haupthaus ständig nach Küche/Essen, Rasenmähen um 8 Uhr morgens, rauchendes Personal neben Haupteingang
Extra: irgendwie wie eine Zeitreise was die Deko angeht, Klimaanlage fehlt was selbst im Oktober grad am Limit ist…"
