"We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. "Excellent location in Arenal. We stayed here during Semana Santa and we could walk up towards Alameda and down towards Santa Cruz and Cathedral without difficulties. Easy access to procession routes. Walk across the bridge to Triana. Surrounded by excellent tapas eateries. Super clean, friendly staff. "This place was amazing. They have a roof top bar which apparently the best in town. Omg the Breakfast and the place were amazing. So European. Staff there was also so helpful and made your breakfast perfect. Only downfall was that the rooms are really dark. I know it sets the omnbioince but when you need glasses it's not helpful. Also the plugs in the room did t work. Couldn't charge our phones. Hopefully they have fixed the situation since we brought it to their attention many times."

"Fabulous central location. The apartment was huge and spotlessly clean (had daily maid service), 6 small balconies with views all around the square and a lovely roof top terrace with direct access from the lift in our room. Everything you could need was provided including robes and slippers and a daily stocked minibar fridge. The bed was enormous and comfortable. Check in was very easy although in the sister hotel 5 min walk away. There was the option of having a lift from the porters if needed....

"The hotel was awesome, Raul was awesome, everything was awesome! I would send anyone here. The kitchen was fully ready to cook a meal. There was a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, all you could ask for. We had two large bedrooms, a nice eating area, couch, TV, more than we could ask for. The check-in process was super smooth because all the information was sent to us. It was so close to everything we wanted to do and fabulous shopping."

"The room was very clean and yhe location amazing. Walkable to everywhere and close from public transportation. There is a lot of food options close (on C. Argotes de Molina and very cheap at 100 Montaditos) and Carrefour Express (groceries) close by. Take note that there is no reception onsite. "
