"I very much enjoyed the hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms were large enough for 4 people, comfortable and nice. We were also within walking distance from all the attractions and shopping. There was plenty of parking as well. The breakfast was included and excellent! Best breakfast I have had. We also ate at the hotel for dinner and it was delicious. I would go there just for the restaurant!"

"We had a great stay out of season. Since Legoland Theme Park was not open, we got a great deal on the hotel. We stayed in a Treasure room, which was only £20 more than the standard rooms. It was much bigger than the rooms offered at their Windsor resort in London. The children had their own area, with decorative nightlight and TV. "Stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment across from hotel. It was clean, spacious and even offered a nice balcony with views over the harbor. A bit cold this time of year. Checkin was simple and easy using the codes provided. And Lone, in the reception was very friendly and accommodating. Each morning we walked over and grabbed our breakfast box and coffee from the hotel lobby and brought them back to our apartment as it was a bit cozier there. "It was great to have the space, facilities and car parking space for the price that we paid although the lack of information beforehand on the website meant that we didn't know what to expect. Everything was clean and tidy but some lights didn’t seem to work and one cupboard door wouldn't stay shut (little things that won't take much to fix). Breakfast had a good selection to suit different tastes."

"I don't know if there are any rooms in the main building but I was in the neighbouring building in a small room on the second floor. I know the hotel is old, but the room really need some spicing up. The whole atmosphere is early 70s. Breakfast is good with all you can ask for. Even the bacon was nicely cooked, not the sloppy strips you get in so many hotels. Next time I will try to get another room in the annex. These room seem more modern."
