"Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations! We went here for our honeymoon, and I saw mixed reviews. The all inclusiveness is fantastic- the food, staff, and bar were absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations! The only issues we had were that the beds were super uncomfortable, the staff doesnt actually clean the sheets or room they just tidy it, and it was hard to talk to almost anyone (I reccomend brushing up on your spanish a bit before arriving!). There were some mix ups and problems, but the staff fixed them instantly and were cordial about it! 8/10, would definitely plan to stay here again."

"En mi experiencia, uno de los 3 mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado en Rep. Dom. Resalto el maravilloso trato de todo el personal a cargo, desde la llegada, los maleteros, el lobby... todos!! Las chicas encargadas de las habitaciones súper amables y atentas a que todo estuviera bien. De manera particular se nos ponchó una goma cuando nos íbamos y los chicos de alante nos ayudaron a resolver el problema. Los restaurantes que visitamos, deliciosos!! El Mare y el Noor nos encantaron!! Todo excelente!! Ah!! y lo que creo que más me gustó: cero escándalo!! Se cuida mucho el respeto entre los huespedes, en cuanto a que no pongan música alta ni se moleste a los demas con ruidos innecesarios; recomendado al 100%!"
