"This was our first family trip to Spain and our family loved the resort. The resort provided all the amenities our family needed, we felt taking care well. It’s so close (walking distance like a five minute walk) to their local three floor shopping mall with a lot more restaurants options. We felt safe and welcoming at the resort. I thank the front desk staff for all their advice (of where to visit locally) and calling us up a taxi and all their assistance. We will definitely comeback again and highly recommend this resort for your family. "

"We stayed at Hotel Condes de Barcelona and loved it. Customer service was great. We had a few issues with our room, and they changed it without any questions. The breakfast included was great, fresh fruit and fresh squeezed juice along with Spain’s best meat and cheeses, included. We actually cancelled a reservation at another hotel and booked the last leg of our trip at this hotel. We also had some schedule changes and they were very accommodating. Friendly staff, 24/7 and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
