"Great boutique hotel. Service very good from very pleasant staff. Nice touches with free mini-bar and coffee. Honesty bar was excellent. Good location for everything in Mahón with a string of very good restaurants just around the corner. Only negatives were a very warm room and noisy from the street on Fri/Sat nights. We would definitely stay here again."

Where you have to make lunch/dinner reservations in a squishy and uncomfortable little dining room because they chose to put in a "funky" retail store instead of having more dining space for their guests. We ate one dinner and was shocked at how over priced it...

The rooms could do with a kettle for tea/coffee, there was facilities downstairs in the reception area, but they where used at breakfast time only as far as i know.
