The hotels is situated in a small town in the mountains. The property itself is meticulously restored with a lot of personal attention by the owner, Carlos. The building it self look like missing maintenance, is very modern but huge structure hard to maintain need a new paint job. Rooms were ok. Is easy to walk from hotel to city center but coming back is all uphills
The apartment was very clean and modern and was well equipped. It was also very quiet. We even got to watch a movie on Netflix. We had a hard time getting to it but it really is easy. Set your gps to Parqueo Longoria. There is an elevator up to the plaza and then it’s not even a block away. Make sure you use 8 Calle Caveda. Make sure to visit La Avenida De Cidra which is very close. We had a great meal at Tierra de Asturia.
This was a wonderful one-night stop in the middle of a few days of driving. We particularly appreciated the check-in parking right in front, which we had not had at some other hotels in the old town of their city. The staff was gracious and always very helpful, even coming outside to ask if we needed help when we walked out the front door and hesitated before walking off. This 5 star jotel in the center of Oviedo is a real gem becsuse it provides first class service to all (no tips allowed). It is centrally licated and walkung fistance ftom all the elegant dhops, parks, theaters and the old city. The place to stay in Oviedo, period.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in in Oviedo. The location is excellent; it's in the center of town near shops, cafes, grocery stores, and tourist sites, but the rooms are quiet. It is also within walking distance of the train and bus stations. The staff is friendly and helpful and the cafe next door has good food at inexpensive prices. I highly recommend Hotel Clarin and will stay there again next time I am in Oviedo.
