The hotel setting is one of a kind. It's a very old fortress that was converted to a beautiful 4 stars hotel. Everything was done to provide all the comfort you would expect from a luxurious hotel while maintaining the structure intact. It has great character and beautiful and tasteful decoration. The view from the windows is great as well. It is in a walking distance from all the attractions of this small town. The breakfast was superb as everything else in the hotel.
This was easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the thoughtful and attentive staff to the beautiful property to the clean rooms, this place has it all. We felt well taken care of the entire stay and enjoyed all of the complimentary items provided by the hotel. It was so peaceful and allowed us to enjoy our time in San Sebastián that much more.
