The staff was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We had a very early train on our last day and they took the time to prepare a part of breakfast and coffee and tea for us before breakfast was available. Our time here was so relaxing.

Staff were excellent at check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is also very nice, although being in Spain, it did not open for dinner until 9pm. In the bar, drinks and tapas were available in the afternoon. Huge wine selection. Parking was onsite and free. The only negative was that the toilet in our room continued to run water (sometimes, not always). Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, location wise, only problem is they use an elevator for your car if you bring one. The breakfast should be included after the price people pay for the rooms. In Spain they criticize Capitalism, but I think they are worst, plus they don’t staff accordingly. Exploitation
Price was incredible and my room was so big with a full kitchen, couch, 2 TVs, and of course a nice bed. It even had fully-electronic blackout blinds for those who like to sleep in darkness. Incredible value
Our stay here during the Fiestas de San Mateo was amazing! The room was lovely, bed and pillows comfortable, and the daily breakfast was great. A wonderful location, walking distance to everything, we never needed our car. The staff was welcoming and helpful with info about the festival and recommendations for restaurants etc.
