The room was quite outdated. I think the whole place needs renovation, but the room was bad and especially the bathroom. There was no place to dry clothes and equipment.
The spa is nice and the kids enjoy it. The breakfast was good.
The service was friendly and welcoming. The problem was that the reception was so full when we arrived."

To ou surprise, they were waiting for us with a complimentary drink and a lot of friendly recommendations for dinner and activities in the area. They also changed our room for a bigger lakeside one with a great view. Our only regret was to only stay there one night."

Apartment is really well equipped with washing machine, drying closet, electric grill in the balcony and air conditioning which is rare in Finland. There was even apartment specific bicycles available. Vuokatti itself is a perfect destination for all possible outdoor activities. There were two toilets in the room. Windows could be opened which was good compared to other hotels we have stayed in Finland during this summer. There was also a fan to help with the airflow. Kitchen and fridge was in the basement in the shared area.
Staff was not particularly helpful about the information on the hotel...
