"We had a great stay in a great location. Very comfortable room but we did use a white noise machine that took care of the park noise outside. The hotel provided earplugs but we didn’t need them. The only issue for us was lukewarm water only and sometimes cold. The staff was working on it"

"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Madisson in Bogotá. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area—close to everything I needed and easy to move around the city. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast; it would be nice to have a bit more variety. Other than that, everything was great."
