"Very nice hotel with access to a wonderful beach. Because it was winter, we were not able to do watersports because of the sea condition but it was still fun and kids enjoyed the park and the waterslides. Excellent destination for family."

"Very clean and beautiful room - we chose the Level Junior Suite, Amazing staff. Buffet food was a little bland. Nami Asian was our favourite restaurant. Buy the VIP package before or during your stay - it will give you lots more choice of restaurants/bars and please note you get 50 euros per person to spend at different restaurants throughout the day (not just one restaurant as we first thought). Book the restaurants ahead of time if you can - Bikini Beach Club is available to book online...

"Clean, well-kept hotel with large pool, garden and beach area (across the street). This hotel is a nice place to relax compared to louder mega hotels in the resort. Breakfast was lovely and varied. However, two suggestions from me: Please provide free bottled water daily in the room and more fresh juice options at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so. "
