"It's an unstaffed, self-serve facility. The instructional message was not originally received, but when I called after arriving at the property it was re-sent and all was good. Very clean, large and comfortable room and very quiet. Great location a few minutes from downtown. "

The breakfast is available a little to early for me but the one time i did go down there it was hot and fresh with a variety of great choices. If youre in Desoto check them out. You willbe happy you did. Oh and the gym is clean and well equipped. "

"I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was great. The only thing that might be a small thing is that the bathroom tile felt slippery, like the soap from when it was mopped last wasn’t fully cleaned up. Other than that, it was perfect."
