"Excellent hotel! The staff were so helpful and welcoming. They gave us some New Years gifts which were so kind of them. It's a lovely hotel with good facilities. Laundry was very useful to have and there seemed to be ample car parking, although I didn't use it. There was a good offering for breakfast. Shower was particularly good."

"There is a department store with food courts and restaurants a block away. The night market is about 15 minutes away with tons of street venders and shops. There are some parking up front. 24 hours staff on site, if you just knock on the door besides the check-in machine. Everything is well worth the dollar, there is complementary massage chair on every other floor. The only I have slight complaints is the floor in the shower is a bit sticky or feels oily."

"This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel, and on this stay I was here for one week. Hotel is truly outstanding. It has wonderful public spaces, clean rooms and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent with lots of local shopping and restaurants available in the same complex, if you decide to eat outside the hotel, it’s a short ride in an Uber or a taxi to downtown Taipei, or further a field as the hotel is above an train station.
