"The water pressure for the shower is almost non-existent. The pressure is low that it’s almost impossible to shower ( I had stupidly ignored the reviews I had read and booked the accommodation).And the mixer knob is damaged with only the spine sticking out and thus impossible to use. I had to shower elsewhere daily before returning to the resort to sleep. "

"Staffs are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Room is very nice, clean and comfortables bed. Swimming pool and area around swimming pool need TLC and there is no bicycles available at the time of our stay as they are all need fixing according to their staffs. We were staying there from 11-14 July 2025"
