"Staff were wonderful friendly and helpful..they always greeted us when we came and left..room was clean with lots of outlets for charging..only thing was the toilet was running all the time..coffee and having hair blower were great..this is my 2nd time staying at the hotel and would stay again..the pillows were a bit too hard for me but the firm mattress was good"

"Short stay, clean spacious room, clean spacious lobby that smells fresh, friendly staff. 10-15 minute walks to lots of restaurants, metro and shopping mall. Had 2 minor issues with my room that staff helped figure out immediately, shoutout to Avni who also was kind enough to give us an upgrade. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Owen House. Laundry facilities could be upgraded as irons needed bases cleaned. Room was clean. Tea/coffee satchets were minimal in room. Also, no spare toilet rolls and we were staying a week...had to ask a few times for extras. Otherwise, it is situated in a great spot close to transport, and having City Square Mall a 3 min walk away was so handy . Recommend"
