"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "Normally do not write reviews but this place was AMAZING! From checking in to checking out the staff were very hospitable. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. Do not skip out on the breakfast buffet, the food is delicious! Would highly recommend this place for your stay in Coron and if we're back would 100% stay here."
