Hotel Mirabilis offers great value for the money. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet. The continental breakfast was fresh, quite extensive, and filled us up. Finally, this hotel doesn't have parking on-site, but the town lot is very close, and we had no trouble wheeling our suitcases over. The hotel covers the cost of parking.
If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. They were all so welcoming and gave us some welcome grappa as well as detailed information of restaurants and activities. It was close, walking distance if able, but...
We had a great experience! All of the staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were great. We had the suite, which was marvelous. An added bonus was that breakfast was included. The only minor issue was that the AC went out one evening, but it was fixed the next morning.

The staff, well, they truly make the hotel even more of a fantastic place to stay. Extremely helpful, warm, friendly, and knowledgable, the staff really made our stay a memorable one. Good hotels have good rooms; great hotels have great staff. This is the only place to stay in Split, and even more so, in Croatia.
