Very comfortable rooms and setup, friendly staff and CONVENIENTLY located at the heart of Japan town, walking distance to Fillmore st with access to the bus and easy to get in and around town. "This place was very beautiful and we felt very secure with the lobby door only opening with your access key card or the receptionist opening it for you. Their valet was also very helpful, you just have to leave it parked in front of the hotel without blocking the bike lane and let the receptionist know you want valet parking. They are so helpful."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the amenities, especially the complimentary water bottles and the free coffee available at the reception. "The only positive thing i can say is that the Edwardian is safe, and reasonably affordable. Unless you’re in a pinch, I would recommend you stay somewhere else."
