"Parking was a bit of an issue, but manageable. Staff was excellent, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Don't miss the outdoor garden with the heated seats/bench, a lovely spot. The proximity to so many of the things which make SF special was amazing. Shopping, eats, bars (The Page and Gigis both stand out), Golden Gate Park, the fun SF vibe all made the trip and stay memorable. We'll be back to stay at the Metro! "

"This hotel is a hidden gem. To look at the surrounding area you wouldn't expect much, but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Shops and restaurants nearby (though I probably wouldn't walk around at night). Parking on the premises. I'll definitely book again!"
