"Helpful and friendly staff. The natural science museum, restaurants and pullen park are at a walking distance. I found it curious that they have a fridge with pre packed ice in the lobby, but it was convenient. Their coffee at the lobby was fairly good."

"This was a fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. My room was by the elevator, but it was very quiet / no issues with noise. I did get a chance to use the small gym; it was clean and stocked with the basics. The location is perfect if you want to access North Hills, Downtown, and Durham within 20m. I will be traveling to Raleigh for business a few more times this year, and as far as I'm concerned, this will be my "home base" every time."

"We came for a cross country meet at the WakeMed Soccer Park and we walked there from the hotel. The staff was also very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good as well. "

"We had a wonderful stay. We eat a light breakfast, and they had everything we needed (oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, a great tea selection) in the kitchen. We parked on the street in front, but there is also a free parking area behind the building, accessed through an alley. It is walking distance to the two squares downtown, and there are several restaurants in a restored warehouse just a block away. We would definitely stay there again if we’re ever in Raleigh."

"The Red Roof Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley Mall is wonderful. I am a repeat customer. It is conveniently located to the mall, the Beltline and Lenovo Center. The staff is friendly and polite. All areas of the hotel are kept clean and maintained well. The beds are comfortable and it is quiet at night. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home."
