To make the rooms smell free, have used heavy amount of naphthalene balls, room full of same smell. No windows in the room. TV position and Bed direction completely irrelevant. You can't watch TV at all. To be frank this is overpriced for the quality I got."

"Quite a new hotel, only about 20 minutes from the airport. Rooms are average size, very clean. Had all the basic essentials and you could ask for extras if you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the breakfast. Supposed to be from 8 to 10, but most items were running out at 9! Breakfast staff lacked hygiene. Hands serving food were dirty and they did not wear gloves. Plates and cutlery were wiped with a dirty cloth. After seeing all this we didn’t feel like eating. "

"The bed I stayed in the first night did not have clean sheets nor were the pillow covers clean. I placed my overcloth over the pillow. The hot water geyser was leaking and there was no hot water. The door kept getting jammed and I found it very difficult to open and close the doors. Also, a maintenance guy kept asking me for my remote control for the room next door. I refused. When I arrived it was after a very long journey and I was too exhausted to deal with changing rooms. Alas, the next...
