"Reserved this hotel because of the soaking tub mentioned in the room description. When we checked in, our room had no tub:(. The professional and pleasant hotel staff were very helpful - switching us to a room with a bath tub. The bed/bed linens were incredible/soft, all of the food we had was excellent. Henrietta’s Table for dinner. In room breakfast the next day. The was freshly brewed- tasted like real coffee. We loved the free snack pantry in the lobby (yay!! diet cokes and cheezits!)....

"Stayed at The Boston Hotel during a solo trip and had a really good experience. The location is super convenient, with Whole Foods just a short walk away and everything felt very safe, even in the evening. The hotel itself is older, but nicely updated, and my room had new furniture and felt very clean and comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming. Great value for the location — I would definitely stay again."
