"Good location for walking to ANU. The cooked breakfast was good but I had to explain to staff on four different occasions that it was included in my room rate. The room was set to very dim lighting and was very dusty which was visible along the edges of the carpet and doorframes. "

"Very comfortable and clean. Great location. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Only 4 minute walk to the Canberra Centre where you can also leave your car overnight. The only negative is the mini bar which was way too expensive. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed one night and did not order food. The room was lovely, big enough with nice seating for us to have a casual meal brought in, with family. The balcony was a bonus. It's wonderful to be able to open a door. Most importantly, the staff are fantastic."

"Check in was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. The parking was a little challenging when the building was first entered but once we found our way it was convenient to get access to the accommodation. I would stay again when next in Canberra, hopefully all the building work in the area will be finished by then."

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."
