Definitely a nice stay for Tapolca. There was plenty of food, it was not amazing, but there was a good selection. The hotel caters to a large number of guests.
The spa, fitness, and lobby facilities were quite nice. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The bed was a bit stiff for me.
Amazingly professional and caring staff, which makes the whole experience memorable. Special Thanks to Tatiana, Chabi, cleaning crew, all medical team, Katerine, Klaudia, absolutely EVERYONE! THANK YOU!
A beautiful former mansion/castle. Well-appointed & comfortable. Easy to communicate with staff in English. We will certainly return for a longer stay.
Absolutely Perfect.
Excellent spa services.
Breakfasts & dinners inc. and one of the best hotel buffets I have had, much better than many restaurants I went to. You actually look forward to meals.
Wifi worked most everywhere. Ample parking. Older but very well maintained nice property. Good location.
Clean room, good food, I was asking to change mattress because mine was too soft and they changed it immediately. It was very nice. The spa area is clean and nice
We love this hotel and have been here many times. It is not the most modern hotel, but the location, breakfast and dinner buffet, the rooms and the indoor pool are great!
