"The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful! Breakfast buffet and restaurant food very good. Pool and deck nice. The room was somewhat run down. Mosque sounds loud at 4am. I tried to book a meeting room and catered lunch for 25 people for two full days, corresponding weeks in advance, and was told yes, but never given a chance to pay. Then my meeting room booking was cancelled the day before with no explanation. Very frustrating. I also booked nonsmoking double rooms for 17 people and...

"This hotel has great quality with value for money. Upon arrival they ensured my family were treated well with a free drink and free afternoon tea. This was welcome after a day of travelling. Within the room there were free snacks ready for us. The room was classy style and clean. Nice to have a bath tub. Breakfast was also great, and included with the room, thank you to the hotel for offering breakfast to our third guest at half price.

"Whilst the reviews for the hotel are great, I was a bit disappointed with the quality. I could hear all the neighbours talking and could also hear all the doors opening and closing throughout the hallway. The carpet in the room are also heavily stained and in desperate need of a replacement. However, the beds are comfortable and the cleanliness overall are good. So if you’re in desperate need for a place to stay for one night- this is fine, but if you’re a light sleeper. Don’t stay here"

"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."

"We spent 2 nights at the MesaStila Resort and had a wonderful time. Staff were incredibly helpful, even before we arrived at the property. They helped us arrange our transportation to/from MesaStila and a jeep tour up Mount Telomoyo. Each day, activities are offered for those who are interested. We enjoyed the coffee plantation tour and learning more about the property and their current coffee production.
