"This hotel is in an excellent location. However, when we stayed there 3 years ago it was already in need of refreshing, renovating and general updates. It is woefully in need now. Such a great location and friendly helpful staff. If updated this would rate 5 stars. Please consider doing so."

"Room and Hotel was very clean. Great area to stay. Bars and Restaurants all in walking distance. Have to part at the garage across the street. Cost $20 overnight. One thing they should have is small cups to rinse with after brushing your teeth. Breakfast was excellent."

The hotel was very clean and was the sky bridge to the convention center was incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and everyone from the desk concierge to the maid service was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!"
