"The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, and do their best to accommodate special requests. This hotel typically has high occupancy when I have stayed. That said, the hotel undergoes a lot of wear and tear. The place is clean, comfortable and in a good location. I appreciate access to the hot tea, coffee and juice at night. I wish they has fluffier towels. Other than that, I'm good!"
