"It was a nice experience and definitely enjoyed it, if it was great I would have said so. Our toilet seat was broken the tents were a bit tired, and all in all I think an 8/10.
The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our rating"
"My wife and I travelled here to stay a night before a tent experience in the Merzouga dunes. The whole experience was 1st class, the greeting, the quality of the rooms, the food was fantastic with the chicken tagine being the best meal we have had so far in Morroco and the breakfast was incredibly generous. It feels like a family business and they welcome you like a family guest. 10/10 from us"
"I was excited about this place, having read the 5 star reviews. However, what I read in the reviews did not jive with our experience there. The place appears to be quite run down. The furniture in the rooms was tattered and dirty, the toilet was loose from the floor, the towels were well-worn and hard and felt like they weren’t clean. I realized why when I went in the public bathroom - I was filthy beyond belief and there was a very old washer/spin dryer there which appears to be what the staff used for the towels. There were Christmas decorations and a Happy New Year sign in the dining room. It’s like the place had been unused for a while and no one bothered to freshen it up despite having guests. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was nice enough. There were workers there while we were there, redoing some of the wall area, and they were hanging about well into the evening and had tools and gravel all about right in front of our door. The worst thing was in the morning when we woke and went outside, we noticed a few men sleeping in the courtyard and by the pool on the benches. They did not appear to be staff. It made us uncomfortable. Perhaps they were the men working on the wall but in any case, I thought it was quite inappropriate.

"Très belle expérience en plein coeur du désert. Les pieds dans la dune, littéralement. Service au top (diner copieux et très bon, mais à payer en extra) avec des jeunes adorables qui vous accueillent très bien (petit concert le premier soir). Le wifi ne marche pas dans les chambres éloignées de la tente commune. Pas grave mais faut le dire. Ils vont installer la clim apparemment. En attendant il faut vivre l’expérience authentique. Magique le soir avec les étoiles. Très joli "jardin" pour regarder le désert . Un vrai effort de décoration. Romantique "
