" A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future."

Spacious bathroom, but very tiny shower. Quick response from Moreno for any questions. One thing I don’t feel comfortable is owner inspected the property while we’re staying."

"The hotel front door opens directly to the canal. It’s virtual staff with easy contact via what’s app. 4euro a day in cash needed for city tax. My room was beyond expectation with one private room and modern bathroom downstairs and upstairs a spacious room with stairs up to the outdoor terrace with patio furniture.
