"This was certainly not a 5 star hotel. The property was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable (except the bathroom which smelled heavily of cigarettes), the rooftop pool was lovely, but there is a major lack of details to be considered a 5 star hotel. "Just returned after a 3 nights very memorable stay at Marriott Kochi. Lovely spacious room, immaculately clean bath and toilet. Great breakfast and dinner spread at their restaurant Kochi Kitchen. "For being a random choice, wanted a somewhat backwater view with a balcony this was a great find. Also I am a high level Bonvoy member so I love that it is part of the Bonvoy grp. The staff and all were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and seemed modern and newly done. Only a small improvement as a suggestion....
