"Staff were very helpful, amenities were great. Loved the onsen The fan in our room was not strong enough to circulate the air. Too warm in our room. Lowest temperature was 20 degrees and we like a cooler temperature for sleeping Otherwise everything was great"

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."
