"Great dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Staff is excellent. Before arriving there, I had a tough time getting anybody to answer the phone. Got frustrated and tweeted out to the world. That got immediate attention and my requests for airport pickup, and other transportation needs were handled very well. Special shout out to Atul Shrivastava the driver assigned to us. He was awesome. "

"1- The rooms were unclean, blood spots on cushion cover as attached
2- The service staff is clueless, outside the room is bad.
3- They are bad at keeping reservations, I booked online but then they day it is sold out.
4- Unreliable, don't book hotel here.
5- I lost 1680rs in booking because of a very bad hotel and staff and the reception is horrible. "
