"This is a newly built property so in great condition. We booked a Studio King and the room was huge. It had a sitting area with a large sofa, a huge work space area and a kitchen. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast had more options than you normally get, 8 toppings for oatmeal, 4 hot entrees, waffles, small quiches, yogurts, and breads. The front desk was very personable. Convenient location to Homewood and Mountain Brook. "

"Everything was great. Staff was very friendly including valet guys. Nice place to stay and being downtown it was in a great location. The only thing that could be improved is having a full size mirror in the room. There was only a mirror in the bath"
