I hadn't read the information on location fully as didn't realise this was not far from the T5 ferry port, so ideal for anyone travelling on the ferry, but if you're not used to traffic noise you ay want to take earplugs to help you drop off in the very comfy bed."

The rooms are really lovely and well equipped, with things like a mini fridge, bottled water and squash provided as well as a great range of hot drinks and luxury toiletries. The restaurant food was good and they were really fabulous accommodating us at short notice. Breakfast was also really delicious and plentiful. The main highlight for us though was the

"We had a nice big room overlooking the garden and street. There was plenty of parking and a good menu for our evening meal in the pub. We sat outside on the patio and there is a little playground for the kids which was very much appreciated. Plenty of drinks choices at the bar and prices were reasonable.
Good continental breakfast selection plus a full English breakfast and lots of banter between the breakfast staff - we had a great time and lots of laughs.

"The amenities for a small property is amazing. The bar downstairs is convenient with a nice outdoor seating area. The rooms are bright and comfortable. I had a great view of the mountains through my large skylight window. The staff are ready to help and have a great knowledge of the local area.
It is 5 minutes to the pier and restaurants and other bars. I totally recommend this place. And will definitely stay here again.
