The facilities are fantastic - from the spectacular lobby, modern gym, indoor and outdoor pools to the spa and grounds. Staff are very friendly and try to be helpful although some lacked good English language skills which led to some amusing exchanges! The restaurants on site are good which is...

"Out start at Club Mahindra Madikeri was good.
Housekeeping was prompt if you called in them for anything. However in the 2 night stay our room was never cleaned once.
Food was average. Breakfast was the best of the meals.
All precaution regarding masks, physical distancing, sanitization etc were taken. "

"The staff was proactively engaged in ensuring that all the tourism spots were covered as per our wishes, in particular, Ms Dimple and Pradeep and the restaurant staff were very understanding and accomodative to a child's food habits...spa was also nice....playroom attendent was warm and sensitive, very much like a family , especially for a single parent (female) travelling with a 12 year old girl...the safety and security was par excellent...also in terms of the car and driver we hired...
