"The property looked premium on Expedia while booking, but didn't feel premium when we actually stayed there. I was staying in the luxury cave. Nothing is luxury in the cave except the name. It's just another room with cave like interior. The bathroom was smelly despite keeping the exhaust fan on throughout the night. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia.
