"I’d love to rate this hotel, but Türkiye gave us massive issues at the border and we couldn’t enter due to an enterprise rental car fault. The reason for leaving a sore review is that even though we have proof and documentation of not being able to stay in the country, the hotel refused to refund us. So, 0 stars "
