"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel over New years. The staff and management (especially owner Rizeya) were wonderful, so friendly and made us feel at home ! The property is gorgeous, spacious rooms with stunning views and everything was clean & well maintained. The food was delicious, too ! Would highly recommend this hotel !"

"Positives: - The staff were lovely (as everywhere in Sri Lanka) - Breakfast was generous, reasonably priced and good - Great view - Hot shower Negatives - This is a 2-2.5 star property at best - looks good from afar but needs serious renovation - Rough finishings, tired furnishings, musty smell throughout, very sparse (our large family room was mostly empty floor space) - Felt like an abandoned castle in the middle of nowhere - zero atmosphere"

"Stayed here for one night after climbing Adam’s Peak and it was perfect for the rest and sleep that was needed. The property was clean, including the room which had a big, comfy bed and hot water. No ac needed as it got chilly in the evening, there was a warm duvet. Staff were extremely nice and friendly, making sure we were well attended do. "Its a property about 7 km away from town. Its a beautifully built property . As i understand it has 6 rooms, and a pool table in the loft. Great staff. There is no lift but its not an issue. There are small things they need to see to. Like salt and pepper shakers ( rather than sticking your fingers into the salt/pepper jar. ) there are no tissues in the room/bathroom. No hand washers - but lovely towels. The scenery from the small restaurant is amazing. This is place i may stay at again"
