"The hotel is average. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Amenities are good. What I didn’t like is the breakfast dining hall which is open from all sides and flies are roaming around. The butter was left open which should have been covered to ensure hygiene.
Lots need to be improved."

"Beautiful hotel with breath taking views!
The room, staff, and buffet were outstanding. I would recommend power outlets near the bed for best guest experience.
Overall it was a memorable and perfect stay for us.

"Taru Villas, Maia, Habarana is an amazing boutique hotel, where you felt completely by youself. The staff were amazing and always making sure we had a great stay. The food was very delicious and the rooms and pool very nice to relax in. I can really recommend this place for a nice and quiet place with lovely staff around you. "

"Great hotel in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed longer. The pools looked fantastic and well cleaned. We had an excellent meal, and then played pool on the table next to the bar! The hotel is trying hard to be eco, and we had a very interesting bathroom surrounded by plants in the shower, and an open air roof - covered by mesh to stop anything nasty getting in! We watched a fantastic sunset whilst drinking cocktails. Very memorable. Staff were lovely."
