We stayed two nights. It is remote and only reached by 20 min water taxi or hiking. It is a lovely, picturesque setting in Queen Charlotte Track. People are very friendly and helpful, especially Bo at the desk. There are lots of trails to walk around with lots of unusual and comical sculptures. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use. This motel is quite close to the Picton Ferry Terminal, maybe about 2 minutes by car. One would think that the traffic must be terrible but it is not the case. The street is quiet and another 2 minutes or so to the waterfront area where there are a lot of restaurants. There are also 2 supermarkets close by.
