"The only downside to our stay was a slight problem with the room. This was acknowledged and apologised for and an offer of a 20% reduction if we revisited. Everything else was excellent and the accommodation package booked through Expedia was very good value , including Castle entrance,garden viewing and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were friendly, efficient and enthusiastic."

"The suite was so comfortable and spacious (large couch with pillows and blanket plus a king-sized bed. I loved the enormous stand-alone tub in the bathroom which also had a washer-dryer. The kitchenette was well-supplied. There is an in-and-out garage next to the hotel. The hotel is in the center of town. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Every time I visit Dunedin, I stay at the Distinction Dunedin. "
