The room was just the Very best: large, comfortable, an exquisite bath with both tub and separate shower. There were chocolates on the bed upon arrival. Staff were quick to bring towels and coffee but it was disappointing to come home to an unmade bed and wet towels that had to lie on the floor for two days as staff did not take them away.
