"We enjoyed it all, from the welcome person at the front to the check in staff. The Aesthetic of the look of the Hotel was very nice. The Rooms were Very Spacious. The Breakfast that came with the Stay was a HUGE Bonus. Will definitely be staying at a Hotel Riu Plaza for sure if this is how I will be treated! "

"Very trendy lobby. Automated check in kiosks and with staff who were very professional and helpful to assist as needed. The check in was seamless. Room had a lovely comfortable king bed, very compact organised room. Nice products in the bathroom, plenty of towels. "

"There must have been a convention or two going, becaue the hotel was very busy and the lobby and the bar and restaurants were always packed. It was convenient to the airport and had free parking for our rental car. There was a gas station with hamburgers and pizza next door if you want to skip the overpriced hotel food. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and frequent. The rooms were nice and clean. And, for the first time in weeks, we had air conditioning in a hotel! You dont realize how much you miss it until spending a few weeks in Ireland and Scotland at B&B's without A/C and it is unseasonably warm (like 78 fahrenheit at night in the room). "
