Overall great value for money. The cons for us were that the wifi didn't work at all, and parking is a bit annoying but manageable. The valet service is a good alternative for maybe a day but you need to sign a release where they don't take any responsibility for what happens to your car, and it has time...

There is a public parking right in front of the building for 80ct./hour. The beach is at 7min walking distance and it is beautiful."
