The hotel was very clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. We had a garden view suite that had two rooms, two balconies, and a spacious bathroom. "Junior suite was amazing, large room with a huge bathtub! Separate toilet and shower too. Bed was large and comfortable. Room was clean in all areas too. "

The reception was very welcoming and accommodating, giving an upgrade to make certain that wifi would be accessible in the room. "Decent location with a distant lake view and a community pool right outside the rooms. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a broken air conditioner. We spent the night sweating and battling mosquitoes, unable to sleep until 4 AM. The hotel staff didn’t offer a proper solution and denied any fault, even though their own front desk couldn’t fix the issue in the middle of the night. Disappointing experience."
